Journal 2
I think I'm going to do autism for my research paper. Since autism is such a wide topic, I'm going to mainly focus on autism in school children. Focus points may be how teachers adapt the classroom, if special assignments are needed, or what type of classroom is best for the child. I chose this topic because it has always fascinated me and I am a special education major. Hopefully this will let me understand autism a little more than I already do.

Stephanie, I think you have a good start to this paper. I like how you have it narrowed down and know what you want to focus on. I thought your strength was that you did a good job of telling why you're interested in the subject. I could tell your plan of action was autism in the classroom. Maybe you could improve on adding more information on past experiences of helping kids in the classroom setting.
